Project Manager

The NTS Security Reporting team is currently seeking an energetic and passionate contract position Project Manager who will drive the execution of key Security reports across NTS. They will be accountable to work with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy reports, driving teams to reach our Security reporting goals.

You will have an opportunity to… 

• Negotiate and confirm scope and business requirements with key stakeholders and track our key performance indicators to meet our business objectives.
• Collaborate with colleagues, to ensure data sources available to complete reporting.
• Manage the client relationship throughout the project
• Assist in project planning and costing for multi-year strategic plan, support all Finance project delivery obligations following established NTS practices.
• Identify/raise project issues and gaps and drive teams to reach rapid resolution of critical project issues and risks.
• Prepare and Deliver project status, i.e. slide presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet cross-functional teams & program objectives.
• Occasionally, conduct data analysis for investigation and quantification of security posture and impact, developing metrics to evaluate progress, capabilities, and goals.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• At least 5 years previous experience as a Project Manager
• Proficient in Project Management methodology - Agile
• Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio)
• Strong leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to gain management support and work effectively at all levels across the organization and across departments within our organization
• Proven experience of data management, analysis and research skills
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fluid team environment & managing multiple priorities
• Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change

Nice to Have:

• Project Management Certifications and or work experience equivalents (5years – not necessary)
• Experience in doing projects for Bell
