Work with delightful and easy-to-please customers – Canadians!

  • Connect with our customers through inbound and/or outbound calls to remind them of past due accounts and collect outstanding payments on balances 
  • Review customers’ account details, gather data to understand their situation, and negotiate for the optimal solution for both the company and the customer  
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by balancing high quality customer experience with effective collection techniques 
  • Help protect the company’s revenue by collecting funds in a timely and efficient manner 


Here is what you will need:

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills  
  • General PC knowledge 
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field 
  • Collections experience, preferably, but not required 


You will fit right in if you have:

  • An interest in providing customer support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, email, voicemail, etc.
