  • Provide customers with details on product and pricing inquiries via online chat  
  • Provide effective pre-sales and post-sales customer support in a professional and competent manner 
  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty   
  • Navigate user-friendly work tools to track calls, gather information, and effectively resolve customer issues or queries 
  • Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market  
  • Document customer concerns and review accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls  


Here’s what you’ll need: (Skills/Basic requirements)  

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills   
  • General PC knowledge  
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field  
  • Sales and telco experience, preferably, but not required   

You’ll fit right in if you have: (Soft Skills) 

  • An interest in providing customer support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, email, voicemail, etc.   
  • A desire for exciting and fast paced work on the customer service floor
