In this key role, you will manage the end-to-end needs of customers.  At Quantrics, you will be a part of our amazing team where our mission is to convert as many inbound calls as possible into sales! You will be solidifying relationships with our valued customers through your extensive product knowledge and solution-oriented mindset in offering the BEST value to them. 

Responsibilities

  • Enhance your earnings potential through selling an array of world-class residential telecommunication services to customers already familiar with our brand 
  • Educated Bell’s latest products and services and current offers and promotions 
  • Be a part of highly competitive sales team and culture 
  • Elevate your sales delivery and results by being coached by some of the BEST sales leaders in the business 
  • Opportunity to win and achieve other special incentives 
  • Have leaders that are vested in your success by sharing with you and coaching you on your performance and sales results as it relates to Close Rate, Sales, Activation Rate, etc. You will be supported 100% of the time 

Qualifications

  • You are passionate about sales!    You have the gift of the gab and you can sell ice to penguins!  You can sell anything! In other words, you LOVE making money and lots of it! 
  • When people say “NO” you do not lose confidence in not making a sale as a new call is a new opportunity.   
  • You have previous sales or marketing background through your studies at school or at previous workplaces! It does not have to be from the telco or BPO industry! 
  • You are naturally competitive and aspire to be the BEST in the game! 
  • You understand that the most effective way of selling is actively listening and asking questions and recommending features and benefits to customers. 
  • You find it easy to build relationships and talk to strangers.  You enjoy this and it comes natural to you! 
  • You are creative in your sales approach and delivery (it shows your ability to think on your feet) 
  • It is a bonus for us if you can share with us any sales awards or how you have been ranked in the past at previous workplaces (if you have previous sales experience.  Note:  Previous BPO or call center experience is not necessary)
