  • Connect with our customers through inbound and/or outbound calls to remind them of past due accounts and collect outstanding payments on balances 
  • Fully review account details and gather data to understand the customer’s situation and negotiate the optimal solution for both the Company and the customer  
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by balancing high quality customer experience with effective collection techniques 
  • Protect the Company’s revenue by collecting funds in a timely and efficient manner 
  • Diffuse frustration of an upset customer who is looking for an amicable solution to their unique situation 
  • Meet and exceed all individual and team performance targets 


  • You are a good negotiator and have excellent interpersonal skills 
  • You thrive in the exciting and fast paced nature of customer service and are passionate about being an advocate for the customer and delivering an exceptional experience 
  • You are a great multi-tasker and do not get easily flustered when handling many tasks at once 
  • You are detail oriented and a natural listener who is solution oriented 
  • You are looking to be part of a winning team, to grow within it personally and professionally and possess an appetite to learn and develop 
  • You have outstanding spoken and written English skills 
  • You have at least one year experience as a collections representative or other similar customer service experience 
  • Consistently achieve a 95% attendance reliability monthly 
  • You hold “The Frontline 5” in high regard, with an emphasis on resolving and saving
