• • Work with delightful and easy to please customers – Canadians! (Job Description) 

    • Sell an array of world-class residential telecommunication services to customers  
    • Educate customers with Bell’s latest products and services and current offers and promotions 
    • Work with highly competitive sales team invested in your career growth 
    • Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving customer inquiries  
    • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty 

• Here’s what you’ll need: (Skills/Basic requirements) 

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills  
  • General PC knowledge 
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field 
  • Sales and Telco experience, which is preferred, but not required! 

   

  You’ll fit right in if you have: (Soft Skills) 

  • A natural sales talent! Sales experience is preferred but we are happy to accept you when you have willingness to learn 
  • The ability to turn each call into a sales opportunity 
  • The willingness to actively listen, ask questions, and make recommendations that benefits customers.
