• Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers
• Diffuse the frustrations of an upset customer who is looking for an amicable solution to their unique satiation
• Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries
• Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty
• Meet and where possible exceed all individual and team performance targets
• Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls
• Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues through e-mail, memos, voicemails, etc.
• Assist and participate in any on-going training, process improvement sessions and team sessions
• Adopt best practices from our seasoned employees and leaders to enhance customer experience
• Have experience working in a call center or customer service role
• Are a natural sales talent! Sales experience preferred but we are happy to accept you when you have a willingness to learn
• You have outstanding spoken and written English skills
• You thrive in an exciting and fast paced nature of working on a customer service floor
• You are not someone who gets easily flustered when handling many tasks at once
• You are a natural listener and always thinking of the customer
• Have an ability to overcome sales objections
