You will have an opportunity to… 

• Work with the Virtual Assistant project within Bell.  
• Work in a fully functional Agile program 
• Learn, understand and be a part of a strong DevEx and DevOps process. 
• Directly support the end-to-end program collaborating with the IT Program Manager and internal business teams.  
• Accountable to work with external vendors, internal development teams and internal business analysts.  

Qualifications: 

• Training/Education 
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 

• Experience 
• 8+ years of experience in the IT Industry 
• 3+ years most recent experience with Google Cloud / APIGEE 

• Technology 

• Hands on knowledge on APIGEE API Management platform 
• Migration experience from other Gateway platforms to APIGEE 
• Experience to onboard APIGEE into GCP – with proper controls, governance, automation, best practices and observability 
• Strong knowledge on API management and Integration architecture. 
• Experience working with distributed systems and microservices. 

• Strong knowledge on one of the programming skills - Javascript, Java, Node.js ,Python 
• Knowledge on implementing or executing CI/CD for APIGEE deployments 
• Create and drive team-level learning program focused on training team members to drive the adoption of API/microservices architecture patterns and API design practices 
• Google Dialogflow experience is an asset. 

• Skills 
• Must be able to effectively interact with stakeholders, end users, business analysts, and technical resources to gather requirements and prepare design specifications 
• Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts to non-technical audience 
• Strong troubleshooting skills (ability to uncover trouble rapidly and provide resolution) 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment where decisions you make will have a large process impact  

• Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions 
• Bilingualism is an asset (English / French) 
• Proven leadership and organization skills 

Working Conditions: 

• Ability to work efficiently in virtual teams, handling multiple projects with geographically dispersed team members.  
• Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings to meet hard deadlines and available to work occasional overnights to take part in deployment activities 
• Fast paced, changing working environment
