Office Clerk

You will have an opportunity to: 

  • Receiving, stocking, distributing mail, materials and/or office supplies with proper documentation and records 
  • Managing administrative tasks such as emails, filing and sorting of documents 
  • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate inventory counts  
  • Assisting in the maintenance of storage areas through proper product disposition and tagging 
  • Assist the Events team with administrative concerns 
  • Ad-hoc tasks, as required 



You will be a great fit on our team if… 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • At least 1+ year experience in basic office administration and inventory  
  • Candidate must possess at least a High school Degree 
  • Must be systematic and organized 
  • Ability to work with demanding deadlines  
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic start-up environment with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to function independently, with the decision-making, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills needed to function in potentially high-stress situations 
  • Team player  
  • Good judgment skills  
  • Willing to work full-time hours in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required)
