Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers 
  • Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty  
  • Stay on top of the company’s products and services, current offers, and promotions 
  • Retain customers by highlighting the benefits of their existing plan and the premium service they are currently enjoying 
  • Track calls and gather information from our computer systems to effectively resolve the customer’s issues or queries 

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need: Skills/Basic requirements

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills  
  • General PC knowledge 
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field 
  • Sales and Telco experience, which is preferred, but not required! 

 

You’ll fit right in if you have: Soft Skills

  • An interest in providing customer support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, email, voicemail, etc.   
  • The negotiation skills that could help build customer loyalty 
  • A desire for exciting and fast-paced work on the customer service floor  
  • The sincerity for being a customer advocate and willingness to go the extra mile
