As a customer service representative, you will process orders and offer immediate support to a team responsible for selling products and services distributed by Canada's largest communications company. You will also be assisting their clientele by validating their orders and proposing complementary products based on their needs.

Answer incoming calls from sales representatives or customers to provide them with support related to their product and service orders or any other need:   

  • Ensure execution based on established process flows and procedures.   
  • Excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others - customer service and problem-solving - are your strengths!   
  • High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;   
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately (25 words/minute);   
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task simultaneously;   
  • Available to work in the following timeslots: Monday to Friday (1AM to 10AM MNL) 


Here’s what you’ll need: (Skills/Basic requirements)  

  • Outstanding spoken and written English skills   
  • General PC knowledge  
  • At least a High School Diploma, any field  
  • Sales and telco experience, preferably, but not required

  • An interest in providing customer support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat, email, voicemail, etc.
