You will have an opportunity to…
· Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of project managers, architects, analysts, and subject matter experts
· Design, develop, implement, and maintain all solutions and communicate your progress with stakeholders
· Health monitoring of the existing MS CRM Dynamics environments
· Provide solution to MS CRM Dynamics issues during daily operation
· Maintain CRM Dynamics environments to meet Microsoft upgrade activities
· Identify areas and processes where CRM flows can be leveraged and facilitate process improvement
Qualifications:
Must Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline.
· 3 years’ experience on developing/deploying solutions with MS power platform including power apps, power automate, Microsoft flow and CRM Dynamics including model-driven/Canvas apps and plugin.
· Good experience on Dynamics 365 customer engagement modules, e.g., sales, field service and etc.
· Good experience on Microsoft Azure including key vault, logic app, app service, Azure data factory, Dataverse/CDS and etc.
· Good experience on API / Data gateway development
· Good experience of Microsoft products, e.g. Visual Studio, MS Teams
· Strong understanding of flexible database architecture/SQL
· Experience of C# .Net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
· Experience on source control

· Experience of both agile and waterfall
· Available to be on call after hours
