Team Leader, Recruitment
The Team Leader, Recruitment in Naga will be reporting to the Senior Director of Training and Recruitment, and will be responsible for executing and supporting strategic sourcing plans to feed the talent pipelines for Quantrics. The Team Leader will be responsible for guiding a team, dedicated to the management of the end-to-end recruitment activity. This role is looking for a leader who can expand/evolve talent pools and navigate employment landscapes in a quest to find the right talent. • Execute the recruitment strategy for the volume hiring requirements of Quantrics Naga
• Administratively oversee Recruitment Specialists and Recruitment Admins in Naga
• Issue Performance Scorecards, Approve Over Time and Leave Plotting, and conduct regular coaching sessions with the members.
• Directly report updates, action, and augmentation plans to Quantrics' Senior Director
• Coordinate and plan for hiring projections and run rates with higher leadership and the Sourcing Team; Maintain capacity levels and present mitigation plans for overcapacity and forecasts
• Conduct interviews and behavioral assessments for volume hiring requirements as needed
• Ensure that SLAs are being delivered for each section of the recruitment process including, but not limited to, Fill Rates, Roster Completion, Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS), Hiring Contribution, and Sales, Care and Tech DNA
• Create reports and dashboards for proper visibility and updates on hiring provisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all support teams
• Recommend and create process improvements for better stability of the Recruitment Team

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
• Willing to work full-time in a 24/7 operation. Shifts will vary based on requirements (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required).
• Willing to report onsite at least 3 times a week or depending on business needs
