Accounting Analyst 

Are you someone who is good with gap analysis and can provide recommendation to reduce cost and improve financial performance?  

Are you an experienced analyst who can monitor all transaction to ensure accurate financial reports?  

Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills to discuss financial status to executives?  

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Accounting Analyst will be responsible for performing the monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, review of manual journal entries, preparation of monthly variance analysis, processing and tracking equipment farm-in/farm-out as required by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), and preparation of various reports required by PEZA, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).  

You will have an opportunity to… 

• Process manual journal entries.  
• Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and investigate unreconciled items based on agreed deadlines. 
• Prepare compliance reports for PEZA, BIR and SEC reports within the given deadline. 

• Assist in providing external and internal audit requests during interim and year-end audit.  
• Create desktop accounting procedures. 
• Provide support to continuous process improvement initiatives. 
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. 

You will be a great fit on our team if… 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy 
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in Accounting 
• Strong analytical skills and technical accounting knowledge 
• Proficient in Excel (minimum intermediate level), especially lookups and pivot tables. 
• Proficient in MS Office. 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Can easily adapt to changing requirements and demands of the business 
• Task-oriented and must be able to work beyond regular office hours if required 
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule, Mid-shift and/or Night shift 
• CPA is a plus 

• Experience in NetSuite is a plus
