Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to…

  • Manage the overall compensation agenda, programs and initiatives of the company.
  • Develop and create strategic compensation programs and solutions to drive business results; including oversight of programs to enhance controls, reduce risk and maintain compliance.
  • Ensure competitiveness of the company’s overall compensation programs and internal pay equity to further the employee value proposition in attracting, motivating and retaining key talents.
  • Drive the benchmarking, design and implementation of all compensation programs, including base pay, incentive schemes / bonus programs, and merit increases to ensure they align with company strategy and best in class practices.
  • Regular review, and update as necessary, of the company’s salary ranges, compensation structure, incentive programs, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and recommend plan revisions as well as new plans which are cost effective, consistent with market trends, best practices and company objectives; coordinate implementation and provide guidance to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Partner with C&B Operations to ensure the administrative aspects of compensation programs are efficient, effective and scalable as the organization continues to grow, and provide recommendations for continuous enhancements and improvements as appropriate.
  • Participate in and review market benchmark surveys, analyze competitive market data and develop recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Provide expertise and guidance to other members of the HR team. Advise on pay decisions, manage required audits, policy and guideline interpretations.
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure awareness of relevant and updated compensation programs and policies;
  • End-to-end process execution of selected compensation programs (e.g. job evaluation, annual merit increase, incentive schemes / bonus programs, performance management, salary recommendations, etc.)
  • Provides regular analytical reports, recommendations and presentation on current state, findings, etc. on compensation programs.
  • Ad-hoc tasks may be required to handle other total rewards, compensation and/or benefit programs strategies, as appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Possess a solid 8+ years’ work experience leading compensation functions within human resources team.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and solid experience in compensation programs, strategies, design, practices, etc.
  • Demonstrate ability to build cross functional relationships and influence across levels and function
  • Able to solve problems while applying creativity to support effective compensation proposals and solutions.
  • Highly collaborative team player who proactively drives process improvements.
  • Strong excel, analytical, modeling, project management and communication skills and possess an ability to leverage data for insights.
  • A self-starter, team player that is able to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with executive management.
  • Strong analytical skills, data-driven and exceptional stakeholder management
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
