Sales Support is a multifaceted group of knowledgeable associates responsible for supporting internal & external sales teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers.
• Enjoys the dynamic, high-energy environment characteristic of a customer service setting.
• Proficient in skillfully handling and defusing interactions with upset customers with tact and empathy
• Adopts best practices shared by our experienced staff and leaders to deliver a great customer experience.
• Skilled in problem solving – ensures a comprehensive understanding of each customer’s unique situation by thoroughly reviewing previous customer interactions using multiple systems and complex tools
• Exemplifies excellence in customer service by swiftly resolving a wide spectrum of customer queries over the phone.
• Has strong interpersonal skills resulting in productive interactions which drive quality customer experiences.
• Required to skillfully maneuver through computer systems and legacy tools to track calls, extract vital information, and proficiently address and resolve complex customer concerns/issues.
• Can execute on top notch sales techniques and present cost-saving solutions to clientele.
• Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market is a requirement.  Previous sales experience is a strong asset.
• Negotiating and retention skills required to effectively market, cross-sell, and promote top-tier communication products and services available in the industry.
• Mastering knowledge of clients diverse array of products, services, and current offers and promotions.
• Demonstrates capacity for overcoming sales obstacles, showcasing a keen ability to handle and counter sales objections with finesse.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships, playing a pivotal role in establishing and sustaining customer loyalty.

What we’re looking for: 

• Atleast 18 years old and above.
• Amenable to work on graveyard shifts & shifting schedules.
  • Mon-Fri: 9pm to 10am MNL (end of dst), 8pm to 9am MNL (dst).
  • Sat-Sun: 10pm to 7am MNL (during end of dst), 9pm to 6am MNL (during dst) 
•  Willing to work in Naga Site
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Able to multitask and handle different applications. 
• With experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
• Outstanding English communication skills 
• Is proficient in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. 
• Customer Service / Call Center experience preferred. 
• You are passionate about sales, and you love making money and lots of it! 
• You have previous sales or marketing background through your studies at school or at previous workplaces! It does not have to be from the telco or BPO industry! 
• You find it easy to build relationships and talk to strangers. You enjoy this and it comes naturally to you! 
• With atleast 3 months of BPO experience.
