As an Retention representative you will anticipate the customer's needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. For example, if they believe their bill is too high, you'll break down the charges and see what options are available. You'll develop a personalized plan that suits their needs. If they are unhappy about something, you will try to figure out the reasons and do everything in your power to fix it. This is an ideal opportunity to progress in your role and develop new skills.
