As an Retention representative you will anticipate the customer's needs and explore every option to offer the best solution possible. For example, if they believe their bill is too high, you'll break down the charges and see what options are available. You'll develop a personalized plan that suits their needs. If they are unhappy about something, you will try to figure out the reasons and do everything in your power to fix it. This is an ideal opportunity to progress in your role and develop new skills.

In this role, you will:

• Respond to inquiries about our products and services (home phone, television, internet, and mobility) and suggest the appropriate solutions to the client according to their needs;
• Provide an excellent customer experience regarding the pricing of their services while optimizing their bill for their household needs

• A competitive salary package of Php 26,800 Basic Pay + 2,200 Allowances + Quarterly Salary Increase*

Qualifications:

• Ability and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering
• Ability to recognize sales opportunities and overcome objections
• You have a genuine desire to help others – customer service is your strength.
• You can adapt easily to different situations and good confidence in your abilities.
• Great ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform various tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
• Ability to perform and strive in a sales environment.
• With atleast 3 months BPO experience.
