Job Summary: A Technical Support representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with any concerns related to a product you sell.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Provide outstanding customer services and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers
• Ensure a complete resolution of the customer’s issue by following our Blueprints.
• Research historical data related to previous customer calls / tickets. 
• Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries in an outstanding professional manner. 
• Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls
• Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market

What we’re looking for: 

• Amenable to work on graveyard shift & shifting schedule.

• Someone who is willing to work in Naga.
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Advance computer knowledge 
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
• Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills 
• Call Center experience or Tech related experience (preferred)
