POD Lead Salesforce Developer (Work From Home)

 You will have the opportunity to… 

• Attend and participate to the entire PI Planning workshops.
• Participate actively in the Sprint planning.
• Attend the Daily Standup
• Develop the top Stories assigned and ensure good Velocity.
• Respond to Quality assurance defects raised from either production support or development.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
• Work with team members and upper management to define clear objectives of the team.
• Handle, customize, develop, and support solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ products.
• Take the lead on developing solutions with both onshore and offshore team members, doing hands-on deployments, testing fixes, and migrating the solution.
• Develop customized solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Configure Salesforce features and functionalities including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects to meet business needs.
• Mentor junior developers, share best practices, and provide guidance on Salesforce development techniques and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Team Lead experience for at least 5 years
• At least 5 years of developer experience using Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce development (general)
• At least 5 years of experience of programming in APEX, VF Page, LWC and Aura Component development
• At least 5 years of experience using VS Code for creating, modifying, testing, and deploying Force.com Applications.
• Experience in Code control tools, and code deployment tools such as GIT, Copado, Auto Rabbit.
• Uses tools such as Data Loader for data export, backup and migration between environments
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards success
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certification

Nice to have:

• Enterprise application integration experience
• Data migration experience
• Salesforce CPQ/Vlocity Certification will be an asset
• Experience in Telecom industry, Product related applications
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
