• Coordinate the team breakout during the PI Planning during 5^th sprint
• Organize and host all the Daily standup sessions
• Before every sprint start, Scrum Master will host the sprint planning with all the team members and ensure estimation and planning is properly done
• Monitor development and help team member achieve all commitments
• Support in removing all impediments any team member could have

Minimum Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience as Certified Scrum Master
• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master using Agile and SAFe methodology
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce with Computer Science or Information Technology background
• Experience of Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity as a user/admin
• Salesforce Administration certification
• Salesforce sales consultant certification
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and embrace new technologies, applications, and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to regroup and coordinate the team
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.

• Salesforce CPQ/Vlocity Certification will be an asset
• Experience in Telcom industry, product related applications
