• Collaborate with SOC and Project Managers within Bell
• Provide support in network troubleshooting and running scripts.
• Work on technical integration from old to new equipment
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in hands-on technical integration of security and network technologies.
· At least 3 years of experience with Juniper Firewalls
· Knowledge and experience with wireless technologies
· Knowledge and functional understanding of networking technologies such as Routing and Switching, VPN Tunnels, Layer 2 / Layer 3 Topologies
· Ability to communicate technical points to others at the technical, user, and management levels.
· Knowledge and functional understanding of additional security or networking technologies such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Network Management Systems, Software-Defined Networks, Mail Gateways, Vulnerability
Assessments & Scanning, Web Caching, WAN Optimization, Network Performance Management, Multifactor Authentication
You will thrive in this role if you have...
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, System Engineering, or any IT related program
· Industry or Vendor security certifications
· IT Networking skills
· Experience with Juniper firewalls
· Experience with wireless technologies
· Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English
