Collection Representative

An Outbound Collections Customer Service Representative proactively contacts customers with overdue debts to negotiate repayment plans and facilitate debt recovery while maintaining professional and respectful customer interactions. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Fully review account details and gather data to understand the customer’s situation and negotiate the optimal solution for both the Company and the customer.  
• Provide outstanding customer service and support by balancing high quality customer experience with effective collection techniques. 
• Protect the Company’s revenue by collecting funds in a timely and efficient manner. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Must be amenable working on a shifting or graveyard schedule.

• Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Advance computer knowledge 
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
• Detail oriented, thrive on challenges and finding the best solutions 
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
