Customer Service Representative

National Channel Support  

As a National Channel Support Advisor, you will perform tasks on the phone, requiring a focused approach and excellent judgement to the clients of the largest telecommunication provider in Canada. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Provide exceptional service experience to our retail store representatives and customers. 
• Assisting retail stores with general inquiries on products, services, and in-store process guidelines. 
• New Customer activations, Mobile Number & Device changes, Rate plan & Feature additions/deletions. 
• Support our customers with mobile number porting inquiries, account transfer of responsibility as well as some billing inquires. 
• Propose products/services corresponding to existing customers' needs. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Ability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following schedule:    

• Hours of Operation: 

• Weekdays and Weekends 
• 6:30PM – 1PM MNL 

• Willing to work in Taytay
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Advance computer knowledge 
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• With atleast 3 months BPO expeirence.
