• Mentor, guide, and push potential for a group of developers
• Develop web applications for internal users in Python or Java
• Drive the development, design, troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and push to production of application systems
• Design and code programs including testing and reviews to ensure quality coding
• Perform Defect Management and Incident Management procedures to systematically deliver quality and positive user experience
• Collaborate with users in developing, testing, and ensuring user standard
• Interface with stakeholders and multiple teams such as developers, technical architects, and product owners
• Participate in development planning and user story creations
• Conduct proof of concept for development to validate the feasibility and viability before full-scale implementation
• Initiate the designing, optimization, and resource conception
• Conduct root cause analysis and feature assessment processes

• At least 5 years of experience in Python
• At least 3 years of experience in containerization and pipelining such as CI/CD, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Docker, Openshift etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in Vue 2 and Vue 3
• At least 3 years of experience in Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• At least 3 years of experience in API Webservices
• Strong understanding of Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical experience

• Strong experience in Integration Testing, Unit Testing, and Functional Testing
• Experience in practicing SAFe environment principles
• Experience in automation tools such as Maven and Gradle
• Experience working with Springboot and OOP frameworks
