Loyalty Representative 

A Loyalty representative is responsible to focus on retaining existing customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Stay on top of the products, services and current offers and promotions. 
• Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market. 
• Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers. 
• Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty. 
• Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries. 
  

What we’re looking for: 

•  Must have a background in Accounts Management 

• Ability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following schedule:    

• Hours of Operation: 

• Weekdays and weekends 
• 12AM-9AM (MNL) 

• Willing to work in Taytay 
• At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
• Advance computer knowledge 
• Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
• Has excellent interpersonal skills 
• Has at least 6 mos. sales experience (preferred) 
• Has an ability to overcome sales objections and revert it positively
