• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• More than 3 years of experience in managing and guiding a team of IT professionals in implementing DevOps practices.
• More than 3 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Manager (leadership experience-20% of time will be HR team activity)
• At least 6 years of experience managing production-grade robust, scalable cloud-based solutions
• More than 3 years of strong experience with Cloud architecture skills
• More than 3 years of proven experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• More than 3 years of experience with CI/CD tools
• More than 3 years of experience with containerized environments and microservices.
• More than 3 years of proven experience in managing production environment at scale in a cloud environment.
• More than 3 years of experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, NodeJS)
• Fast learner, passionate about using new technologies, and a people person;
  Ability to participate in off-hours production incidents and provide solutions to critical issues that arise.

Nice to Have:

• General Knowledge/Experience with GCP.
• Knowledge Apigee and DialogFlow.
• Can skillfully identify the main and secondary tasks
• Knowledge with CCAI and CCAIP experience
• Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
