• Lead a small software development team.
• Develop new products and enhance existing products
• Understand customer needs and gather technical requirements.
• Facilitate deep technical discussions with engineers, customers, partners, and executives
• Provide the team with technical guidelines and best practices used by the organization:
  • TDD (Test Driven Development)
  • DevOps-Lean Principles
  • Low technical debt
  • CICD
  • Automated tests
  • Monorepo etc.
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Help prepare stories for the next sprint
• Other admin/HR task involved in managing the POD/team.

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience as a Software Developer
• 3+ yrs of leadership experience
• Good Python & Git eco-system knowledge (Unit tests, integration tests framework, TDD, BDD, etc.)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL and NoSQL, Linux
• Solid development & architecture background (Microservice architecture)
