As a Manager, Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and achieve their objectives. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal support teams to create memorable experiences that align with our brand values and employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations. Maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction
  • Vendor Management: In collaboration with the procurement team , work closely to build a strong pipeline of vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and adherence to timeline and budget constraints.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
  • On-Site Management: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly. Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debriefs to assess outcomes, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role (3+ years minimum in a event leadership role preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
