Manager, Process and Control

Reporting directly to the VP of Finance & Controller, the Process and Control Manager will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing operational processes, strengthening controls, and improving overall efficiencies across the organization. You will assess existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with various teams to implement necessary changes. Your recommendations will play a key role in optimizing our processes and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

• Review, revamp and management of operation's hype process 
• Review and assessment of business processes with the objective of strengthening controls and  improving efficiencies. 
• Identifying areas for process improvement. 
• Documentation of new processes and procedures. 
• Ensuring compliance with existing processes. 
• Collaborating with various teams to implement necessary process changes to address control gaps. 
• Presenting findings and recommendations to management. 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 
• +7 years of experience in Operational Finance, Internal Audit or Controllership
• Process mindset and strong problem-solving skills 
• Attention to detail  
• Strong communication skills 
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
