• Download and test Microsoft monthly patch within lab environments
• Focus on retail channels look at ways to automate and continually improve processes
• Report on any devices that have not completed the update
• Work with teams to mitigate issues and concerns
• Work with security primes to develop patching plan for third party and other app patching
• Maintain daily software standards
• Test new hardware as required
• Update image as needed

• 1 to 3 years of experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for both On-screen display (OSD) and software updates
• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical and networking architecture, Active Directory (AD)
• 1 to 3 years of experience with systems analysis and security best practices
• 1 to 3 years of experience in testing, QA environment, and live production environments
• 1 to 3 years of experience with automation of MECM reporting and other tools to automate desktop management activities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Windows Auto Pilot
• Hands-on experience in image creation for desktops
