Systems Analyst (Work from Home)

• Elicit business requirements for project initiatives from stakeholders using Agile methodology (e.g., writing features and user stories). 

• Troubleshoot issues in the Dispatch and Work Order Management streams. 

• Collaborate with vendor teams to prioritize investigations. 

• Identify all areas of impact on Dispatch and Work Order Management systems for new initiatives. 

• Partner with vendors and business teams to resolve defects and ensure alignment. 

• Implement and coordinate mitigation strategies as needed. 

• Maintain and contribute to the team’s repository of “How-to” documentation. 

• 3+ years of experience testing system requirements manually or systematically (e.g., following step-by-step procedures or using tools like Postman or SoapUI). 

• 3+ years of experience with modeling concepts (e.g., JSON, XML, ERD) and workflow/dataflow diagrams. 

• Strong understanding of system integration and basic coding practices; experience working with databases and database technologies (e.g., SQL). 

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team, facilitate discussions, negotiate, and collaborate within a multi-domain team environment. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders clearly. 

• Experience in debugging and triaging software defects and issues. 

You will thrive in this role if you have...

• Knowledge of Bell IT Systems such as ODM, TMForum, ServiceNow (an asset). 

• Understanding of Bell’s Residential or Business services/products (an asset). 

• Familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA. 

• Software development experience in modern languages such as Java, C#, or C++.
