Responsibilities

• Working with business users, your team of colleagues and the application vendor to record, track and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate in electronic and in-person formats with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
• Troubleshoot problems; being able to reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users.
• Application Administration
• Analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make informed decisions.
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Prioritize tasks and produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Systems Support Analyst
• 2 years of experience with communicating in electronic and in-person formats with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems
experienced.
• 2 years of experience in troubleshooting problems; being able to reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users.
• 2 years of experience understanding business operations in a telecommunication service delivery and support.
• 2 years of experience in Application Administration (Linux/Bash/Cronjob)
• 2 years of experience with Database (SQL/MySQL/Oracle)
• Strong customer service mindset
