Director, HR Business Partner

 

Job Summary

 

Reporting to the VP HR, this role works closely with business units and serves as  advisor to line managers, to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural development.  Manages a team of HR Business Partners and will provide strategic and day-to-day support to line management and HRBPs in support of  business growth and performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Advisor: Provide HR guidance on organizational design and change management. Drive talent management initiatives, including employee engagement and leadership development. Provides HR guidance when appropriate.

 

  • Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and internal policies, mitigating legal and reputational risks.

 

  • HR Policy:. Responsible for the communication, implementation of HR policies, procedures and programs, ensuring employees’ compliance of the labor laws and regulations. Recommends policy creation or amendments as necessary

 

  • Stakeholder Management : Conduct regular cadence with assigned business units, consult with line management and collaborate with HR centers of excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions. Drive awareness on organizational issues and provide solutions, guide line managers, and stakeholders through collaboration and shared decision-making process.

 

  • HR Analytics: Analyze trends and metrics on a regular basis to influence data-driven decisions that enhance organizational performance

 

  • Culture Champion: Foster a  collaborative environment, promoting a culture of excellence  in support of the business goals.

 

  • Employee Engagement: Promote initiatives that support and enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall employee experience.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP or leadership role
  • gained through increasingly responsible management positions within HR
  • Strong background in talent management, employee relations, change management and organizational development
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Computer-proficient
  • Willing to work onsite in Naga
  • Willing to work mid-shift work schedule and may extend to later shift, as the need arises
