Quantrics is looking for a digital native who is passionate about digital marketing and understands the ever-evolving digital landscape. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing digital strategies to enhance Quantrics’ employer brand and recruitment efforts. This role will manage website content, execute paid digital campaigns, analyze performance data, and support new communications channel management, tools, and analytics.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital analytics, front-end website management (WordPress), and running campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads. Advertising agency experience is preferred.
The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborates with the Communications, Creatives, Events, and Recruitment teams.
