• Lead a small software development team.
• Develop new products and enhance existing products
• Understand customer needs and gather technical requirements.
• Facilitate deep technical discussions with engineers, customers, partners, and executivesProvide the team with technical guidelines and best practices used by the organization:

•  TDD (Test Driven Development)
• DevOps-Lean Principles
• Low technical debt
• CICD
• Automated tests
• Monorepo etc.
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Help prepare stories for the next sprint
• Other admin/HR task involved in managing the POD/team

• 10 years+ of experience as a Full Stack Developer using Javascript, React, and Python
• 3 years of leadership experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in API Development using AWS Services like Lambda, RestAPI.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Agile Development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Unit Testing, Test-Driven Development, and code reviews.

You will thrive in this role if you have...

• Experience with container environment (Docker, Kubernetes, or DockerSwarm)
• Experience with real-time stream processing using Kafka
• Experience in AWS Public Cloud
• Linux and/or Agile certification
