• Build and Maintain CICD Pipeline
• Lead a team of DevOps Engineer
• Setup Monitoring and Alerting within existing tools
• Working with external teams to perform activities
• Manage Access Requests
• Create documentation for any work performed
• Troubleshoot issues with CICD pipeline
• Work on Releases and Deployments
• Production and Non-Production Support

• High aptitude for understanding complex information systems technology (10+ years’ experience, 5+ years of experience of SQL Server, Oracle and 3+ years’ experience in Post Gres)
• Proven experience in leading DevOps Team
• 5yrs+ of strong Script Skills Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation.
• 5yrs+ of experience in CICD pipeline development using Gitlab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
• 5+yrs of experience in Kubernetes
• Advanced skills in Troubleshooting CICD issues as well as application issues
• Hands on experience in monitoring using tools like Prometheus, Jaeger and Grafana.

• Strong team player: ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
• Strong background in security best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Background in programming is an asset
