Responsibilities

  • Prioritization and Planning – Organize and manage development tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and business needs.
  • Code Development – Design, develop, and maintain solutions across Jira, Salesforce, and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms. (Experience with Jira and ServiceNow is a priority)
  • Testing – Perform unit and system testing to validate code quality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  • Documentation – Create and maintain technical documentation, including workflows, configurations, and system updates.
  • Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and developers, to deliver effective solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • At least 5 years of experience in Jira administration, including workflows, custom fields, permissions, and advanced scripting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, development, and integration.
  • Experience in Salesforce development, Salesforce integration, and platform configuration.
  • 5 years’ experience in Cross-Platform Integrations: Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and webhooks for system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues across integrated systems.

 

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

  • Project Management: Ability to lead projects, define timelines, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Developer, ServiceNow Certified Developer, or Atlassian Certified Developer, are a plus.
