• Design, manage, and automate cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, or GCP to ensure scalability, security, and performance by utilizing tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.

• Administer, optimize, and maintain databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to support high-availability and efficient data management.

• Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that support development enablers and business needs.

• Automate system administration tasks using scripting languages like Bash and Python, reducing manual effort and enhancing efficiency.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI, driving continuous improvements and deployment automation.

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3 years in an SRE or similar role.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: 3 years+ of experience in managing and automating cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ability to deploy, monitor, and scale applications in the cloud, utilizing tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Database Administration and Optimization: Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Networking and routing: 3 years of experience in working with the Network and Firewall primes to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• System Administration and Automation (3 years): Linux sysadmin skills with a focus on automation. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate system tasks, manage configurations, and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): 3 years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Ability to design, implement, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment processes to ensure rapid and reliable software delivery.

Educational Qualification/s

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
