• Execute planning, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. 
• Design, develop, maintain, and implement MIS systems; create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings. 
• Oversee coding and invoicing processes for multiple vendors. 
• Manage timesheets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. 
• Maintain high attention to detail and uphold data integrity to ensure reliability. 
• Evaluate and improve information processes as required. 

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• Technical Skills: 4-5 years of experience in using software and tools such as SQL, Excel, Jira, Confluence, SAP, MS SharePoint, and data visualization tools. 
• Business Acumen: 4-5 years of understanding business processes and how MIS systems can effectively support them. 
• Analytical Skills: 4-5 years of demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and extract actionable insights for decision-making. 
• Financial Acumen: 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. 
• Communication Skills: 4-5 years of experience communicating clearly and concisely and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. 

Complementary Competencies

• SAFe certification will be an added advantage

• Work from Home 
• Amenable to work on mid-shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
