Operations Director – Sales

  • Help lead and elevate overall sales performance across numerous lines of business and segments.

Responsibilities

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Be the architect a highly effective sales environment and sales culture to support sales transformation
  • Ensure that sales teams are effective in offering and communicating value to customers
  • Ensure teams are inspired to upsell and cross sell
  • Create and share weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans and keep C-level executives apprised of the progress
  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program as the competitive landscape evolves
  • Partner with training and recruiting to evaluate current sales hiring & training programs to improve sales talent
  • Analyze current sales strategy and implement solutions for improvement
  • Identify process bottlenecks and potential solutions
  • Assess sales compensation and hype models ensuring alignment with industry best practice

Qualifications

You will be a great fit on our team if:

  • You possess 7+ years experience in sales management – minimum 2 years at director level preferred
  • Your leadership style is empowering, motivating and inspirational
  • You naturally thrive in a sales environment and achieving results!
  • You are a sales expert, with ability to sell effectively through identifying needs, recommending, overcoming objections and closing
  • You are a sales coach and thrive on building strong sales results through effective leadership and coaching sessions at multiple levels
  • Curiosity comes natural to you, manifesting itself in questions and an analytical approach to business
  • You have a desire to be the best and finishing at the top of the ranking
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels in order to achieve results
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
