Overview

The Senior Specialist for Internal Communications acts as the communications partner for Corporate Support Teams (HR, WFM, IT, and Shared Services), developing and executing strategic internal communications that promote alignment, awareness, and engagement.

Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Content Creation

  • Serve as the key communications advisor and partner for corporate support functions.
  • Craft clear, concise, and engaging employee communications across multiple internal channels including email, SMS, QNet, mediaboards, newsletters, and screensavers.
  • Translate technical or complex updates into accessible, people-first language.

 

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Plan and implement internal campaigns that support business updates, HR policies, tech rollouts, and other operational needs.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content calendars, and approvals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support change communications and key engagement moments throughout the year.

 

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with department leaders and other communications team members to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate with creative teams for visual content and multimedia materials.

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track communication performance and employee engagement using metrics such as open rates, reach, and click-through rates.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Strategic Writing & Messaging: Ability to write with clarity, purpose, and impact for internal audiences across various communication formats.
  • Stakeholder Management: Builds strong partnerships across functions and effectively navigates organizational priorities and sensitivities.

Complementary Competencies

  • Change Communication: Understands how to support internal transitions and initiatives through targeted messaging.
  • Digital Fluency: Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and tools to publish, distribute, and track communications.

Educational Qualification/s

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field

Professional Qualification/s

  • 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams or corporate service departments is an advantage

Work Conditions

  • Full-Time, Hybrid Setup
  • 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Manila Time)
