RPA Developer, Pod Lead (Work from Home)

• Managing a small team of developers for administrative and leadership tasks

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• Proven experience in people management
• At least 3 years of experience with RPA Development
• At least 3 years of experience with using Automation Anywhere A360 platform or related platforms
• At least 3 years of experience with API development and integration
• At least 3 years of experience using Python
• Knowledgeable with Network technologies and processes
• Experience working within an Agile environment, including Kanban and Sprint methodologies

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

• Knowledgeable with using ServiceNow (RPA Hub)
• Strong communication skills and organizational skills
• Interested in learning new technologies and processes
• Thrive working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Experience in streamlining processes, eliminating redundancies, and optimizing workflows to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal resource utilization

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
