Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• At least 8 years of experience with Software Development including performing code reviews and recommendations
• At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Automate Suite, specifically Power Platform, Power App, and Power Automate
• At least 3 years of experience as Technical Lead
• At least 1 year of experience with Automations
• Previous experience in industry security standards and app submission control

Complementary Competencies (Good-to-have Competencies)

• Knowledgeable with RPA Automation Anywhere
• Knowledgeable with Blue Prism
• Knowledgeable with PowerPage
• Fully autonomous and comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields

Work Conditions

• Work from Home Setup
• Amenable to work on a Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) during knowledge transfer session in the first month and transition to a Mid Shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) as regular schedule.
