The Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for newly hired IT/Technical employees. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, IT and Technical Recruitment, this role serves as a central point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey.
