• Create business requirements through collaboration with teams
• Analyze data and existing processes to develop and document new process/flows based on business requirements
• Help design solutions and work with teams to implement
• Communicate both the need for the processes and the finished products
• Facilitate effective meetings, making the best use of team members' time

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Proven track record (3+ years) in documenting processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement
• 3+ years of experience in proposing, designing, and implementing solutions based on business needs and analysis
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead effective meetings

Educational Qualification/s

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiarity with ITIL Version 3 or 4, Foundations certificate is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a definite plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
