Responsibilities

This is a relatively new field and role in AI that is concerned with AI risk management and governance.

 

Responsible AI Advisory and Architecture

  • Identify, assess, mitigate, document, and advise on potential risks associated with AI technologies, including ethical and legal implications
  • Co-develop guidelines and training programs on Responsible AI principles and practices
  • Co-develop tooling that will support Responsible AI testing, validation, and monitoring
  • Manage AI incidents and facilitate resolution, reporting, and documentation
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in Responsible AI and provide thought leadership to the organization.

 

Program Management

  • Manage the central inventory of AI (including GenAI) use cases at Bell
  • Collaborate with technology teams to promote AI best practices
  • Collaborate with research teams to explore cutting-edge Responsible AI technologies and practices, and identify opportunities for innovation
  • Collaborate with the communication team to update various internal and external stakeholder groups on the latest AI advancements, opportunities, and threats.
  • Support the organization in addressing AI-related legal and regulatory issues

Qualifications

Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)

  • At least 1 year of experience in AI development, with a strong understanding of machine learning principles and emerging technologies; knowledge of generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio, and cloud platforms like GCP or Azure is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Security or Compliance, preferably with exposure to AI-related governance.
  • Demonstrated passion for the ethical and legal implications of AI technologies, including responsible innovation and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification/s

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, or related field.

Work Conditions

  • Work From Home Set-up
  • Schedule is from 4 PM-1 AM MNL / 4 AM – 1 PM EST (Monday-Friday)
