Responsibilities

Loyalty Support Representative 

Loyalty representative is responsible to focus on retaining existing customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.

Salary Package

Php 26,800 Base pay + 2,200 Allowance

Hours of Operation: 

  • Weekdays and weekends 
  • 12AM-9AM (MNL)

Sales Representative 

Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services to customers, and representing the brand. This can include asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings, giving demos or presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.  

Salary Package
Php 19,800 Base pay + 2,200 Allowance

Hours of Operation: 

Must be amenable to work in a shifting/graveyard schedule.

Customer Service Representative 

A Care Customer Service Representative aids and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for various products or services. 

Hours of Operation:  

  • Mon-Fri: 9pm – 8am (MNL) 
  • Sat: 10pm (MNL) 

Salary Package

Php 19,800 Base pay + 2,200 Allowance

Back Office – Customer Service Representative 

A Back Office Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers through non-client-facing channels, such as email, chat, inbound or outbound phone calls and administrative tasks. Their primary duties include processing orders, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.  

Hours of Operation:  

  • Weekdays and Weekends 
  • 8pm to 11am (MNL)

Salary Package

Php 16,800 Base pay + 2,200 Allowance

Qualifications

What we’re looking for: 

  • Willing to work in Taytay
  • At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum) 
  • Advance computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker 
  • Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering
  • Ability to recognize sales opportunities and overcome objections
  • You have a genuine desire to help others – customer service is your strength.
  • You can adapt easily to different situations and good confidence in your abilities.
  • Great ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform various tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
